Closd: Could you please introduce yourself and your firm?

Delphine Lechat: Hello, I’m Delphine Lechat, lawyer and founder of DL Avocat. I started my firm in 2012, focusing primarily on business law, although that term can sometimes be a bit broad in relation to my area of expertise. My firm is small, and I work alone, which means I mainly collaborate with sole traders and small businesses.

For these clients, I handle tasks such as company formation, share transfers, and other similar operations. Simply put, I support business owners in managing the legal challenges they face on a daily basis.

This model also relies on partnerships with accounting firms. For example, when it comes to structuring or making legal changes to a client’s business, it’s often the accountant who contacts me first.
